The company is now owned and operated by John Hall Jr., his son and Hardy Brown. Among them, John Hardy and only accept three and five projects per year, so fully focused on its customers. Brown, Brown & Associates focus in the current project to design and detail with great confidence to stretch each dollar spent. BBA-Architects attention to detail continues through the design development and construction documents. Recent studies show that the project incurs the nation average of 10% for change orders. BBA-Architects plans to run consistently less than 3% change orders. That's three times stricter than the national average.
BBA Architects Church achievements include: Custer Road United Methodist Church located at 6601 Custer Road, Plano, Texas. The church was originally planned four-hectare site in 1980 by the BBA, while the church met in a school. The first phase included a temporary worship space (Multi), holds 700 (provisional liturgical space was designed to be the Family Life Center in the Plan). This space is flexible and multifunctional and can be used as scholarships for larger meetings. Phase I, completed in 1983, included worship, administrative, grants, kitchen and educational areas. Phase II, completed in 1986, provides an additional 15,000 square feet of educational space. Phase III provides for a 1600 seat sanctuary, (music space more, as well as additional space for adult Sunday School to support the larger sanctuary. Phase IV provides an area for Youth, Chapel, Hall, Library, Bride's Room, renewal of temporary worship space to make the master plan of the Family Life Center function. Phase V was completed in April 1995 and has additional classrooms for children. Phase VI was completed in May 1997.
There is also the Region 10 Education Service Center, located in Richardson, Texas. Services included analysis of space requirements, programming and space planning. BBA-A also remodeled 14,000 square meters of existing building while the users are kept in the building. A period of 75 days a complete demolition to reconstruction of the interior from start to finish.
The Church Stonebridge United Methodist located in McKinney, Texas Master planned 14 hectares. Master planned 2500 seat sanctuary. First phase completed in 1999 to include a cult of uses Multiple seat center 700, with education, administration, parking. Phase Two is under construction of approximately 25,000 square foot room addition class, and will result in a school.
