I model GA189 / S and the lens coating is starting to chip away. Not to lose the frames.

I saw a man with a square large lump in the arm, what is this?
I did not want to talk to him, but it seemed that there was any disorder of the skin. some parts of the fleshy part of your arm (palm up) had a lumpy texture to it, almost as abnormal fat deposits, but not had a part that was very large and almost square. I've seen before in people, but I did not want to be rude and ask. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
If what I think so, then my grandfather has it. Once the muscle is injured or something too hard trying to help my brother to something and now has a lump in her arm. I do not think it would be quite wrong, however, cus that makes you look like lol kidnapped.
